i have anger issues, and like to shoot things.. should have seen me the day i picked up my eagle..200 bucks at the shooting range the first day..
ive seen a video where some kids where shooting at a plank while it was flying. one guy has the perfect shot and took out the control link to one of the elevator flaps.. it was AWSOME. you see the red paintball explode on the under side fo the plank and then bam the plank goes in..

We cant have things like paint ball guns but that would be cool. I dont think I would be willing to let the military shoot at it though.

Hello all. Here is a video that I made last night of me flying my CX2 in my garage and outside last night. Enjoy!

The tail vertical fin is on upside down

Do you man that the fin at the end of the boom should be pinting DOWN? If so, then it is obviously just for looks. I don't believe that it would make a difference in how it flies. I guess that it's personal preference.
How come no one says "good video" or "nice flying"?!?

if you flip it around it would probably look better tho, and on a "real" heli like a T-Rex or whatever, it's so the tail rotor doesn't hit the ground

Gotcha! I will change it so that it looks like it's supposed to. Thank you for pointing that out.

Bry,
I liked the video, both the flying and the editing. The bucket landing was fun.
I like flying at night too, the wind dies down quit a bit.

I have two new trick ideas, I have not tried either yet.
1. "The blind fly" - This is where you fly around something, could be as small as a box, or as big as a wall. But when the heli is on the back side, you can't see it. So the longer it is out of sight, the more the points would be.
2. While flying in a gymnasium, land on the top edge of a back board. You would have to be perpindicular to the backboard, but it should work.

Try flying the heli around small boxes on the floor and not letting the heli get more than 6 inches off the ground. This will really help you learn control and its alot of fun.

Here is a link to a video that I did tonight. The quality is not very good, but you get the general idea, me doing CX2 tricks...
Slide, various landings, nose toward the center circle. Some of these are not very good, but I was having fun and ended in a small crash (the way most of my flights end)

That is done with small RC boats, use a pin in the end of the rod that is out front, a pencil will just push the balloon out of the way :)

I have played dogfight with a V4 lama. Tape a 3ft section of cheap toilet paper to your tail boom and try to cut the other guys streamer off withyour rotorsystem.
We played in an empty aircraft hanger. Its pretty fun. Crashed a couple of times. We had a good mid-air.....Lama was done for the day. I had to switch to a backup tailboom.
Buth of us are all alum thrashers.
