Hey folks,

The Century Airwolf is about ready to go. I have to do a few final runs of the retract wiring, install the windows, put the guns on and out the head back on the mechanics and she will be ready to fly. Here is a photo !

I will post some pics tomorrow night ! Whew..... it has been fun, but there were parts I didn't like, but all in all, I am glad I now have my first Sport Scale heli.

The flash and the pics don't do it just justice. The model came out pretty good. Maybe the photos outside will be better.

The Century Airwolf is finished and ready to fly. I am not pleased with the quality of the photos that I took. Color balance just didn't look right, guess it was the weird lighting with all the thunderstorms and rain we have been having. The pretty girl in the photo is my 16 year old daughter, Ashley.

Hey Laurens,

Going flying on Saturday ! Can't wait, may even sneak out on Friday afternoon. Looks like Hurricane Dennis may ruin the second half of the weekend, so I gotta fly at least on Saturday.

Yes, my daughter...... that is why I keep a shotgun behind the front door !! :wink:

If you remember, she is the one that had all the extensive surgery on her jaws last December. The surgery was very successful and she has a great smile and jaw alignment. We are proud of her.

The Airwolf is flying and flying very well. I am very pleased with it. The Century Kit is a good buy, the heli and mechanics work well and the construction is about as easy as a scale project can be, granted it is really only considered "sport scale". It is a scale ship for me ! :wink:

Thanks to all those that helped me during this scale project. It has been a lot of fun building and now I am looking forward to getting in a lot of stick time with this heli.

This Airwolf is awesome !!! I am having a ball with it. I did some high speed, low passes this morning for a friend of mine and his son. They thought it was "super-cool" !!! When I pull the feet up and crankit up...... MAN !!! She is sweet and very fast !!!

Hey Wayne,

I would love to make Hot 'Lanta..... just not enough funds right now. Wife's car had problems..... broke me. :( I had to stick to flying at my home field, but we had fun. :wink:
