Hi,
After gluing the Revmax Magnet to the Fan of my raptor 50
do i need to check the fan for balance?
if yes how can i do it?

Yes you do need to check the balance, I use a Highpoint balancer.

I never check the fan balance and install only one magnet on all my helicopters. So far no problems or vibrations after many years (since the GV-1 first came out). I do make sure the clutch has minimal runout.

ive never balanced either doing so wont hurt tho, But ive seen people screw their fan up by drilling holes in it trying to balance it .the last governor i installed said you didnt have to balance since the weight of the magnet wouldnt be enough to throw it off enough to matter. Im looking now curtis youngblood atg section A "It is not necessary to counter balance the magnet as it is a minor imbalance) but like i said it cant hurt.

Just use 2 magnets to offset eachother. Just be shure they are showing a + & - so that the sensor is only reading one of the magnets.
