I had a TP2100 puff on me after 5 or 6 flights. Never discharged below 80% and always balanced and charged with a decent charger, but I figured I was cooked and was ready to buy another new battery. I saw the return form on the TP website and filled it out, but honestly figured it was an exercise in futility.
Lo and behold I was given an RMA number, returned the battery, and got a new a few days later !!!
There is hope! Hobby people; Treat your customers right and they will return!
