appx 35-40% throttle curve is normal, However, this assumes you have the throttle linkage setup per the instructions AND tuning is correct..

If you have vibrations, then it is entirely probable that the tuning is not correct. The needles are supposed to be 1 3/8 of a turn, NOT 1 3/4 as posted in the other thread.

(sorry my mistake - i wanted to write 1-3/8 turns)

i have done the linkage setup according to the manual....took me a while with a digital caliper...but, did it right. :)

now, here, i am (i think) wrong....coz my low/high needle is set at 1.375 is that the way to calculate it right?
1-3/8 turns = 1.375 turns ?

That's correct. Try it this way.

Close the needle fully. Be careful not to torque it down or you damage the seat. Open the needle 1 full turn. Now go a 1/4 turn more, then another 1/8th of a turn.

Now you are at 1 3/8th !! Repeat for other needle.

ok, today, i fix the low needle....and the engine sounds like perfect....a constant engine sound with very less vibration !!!

after spending some time on the best setting....the low needle setting on my engine is at 1.5 turns... i have tried almost all the settings from 1 to 2 turns...but, the best one is this...

now, the next step will be the high needle adjustment...which i will do over the weekend.

thanks again for your help.
