I called Chris last monday to see if thur. was still a good day to come by and he said I will see ya thur. so my wife and I drove to cassopolis on wed morn from roanoke va and showed up around 8 pm and Rusty was there and he let me put my intrepid eb in the shop and found out where a hotel was and directed us to it. So we show up at 7:30 in the morning and Chris showed up a few minutes later and we introduced ourselves and went to work I had 3 items turned around and we fixed two of them the other one I took care of later as it was not going to mess with the flight. Chris had a call at 10 so his dad showed up and introduced himself and we talked the entire time Chris was on the phone. Anyway we had another person show up who lives about an hour away from me who was having his heli's rebuilt. Well he took me out next to the building and hovered my heli and then we went out and I got to fly it boy was I scared but I flew it a little bit. But the moral of this very condensed story is that the support and customer service you get from them and I mean everybody that works there was very friendly not just because we were customers, they are all that way, so all of the stories you here about Bergen R/C and how helpful they are really are true. I will buy another Bergen when I get good at flying this one Chris you know which one it will be lol. He flew 2 of his heli's for us and let me tell you the power of that turbine is just amazing until you see one flown there are no words to describe it and the videos on the net do not do it justice. I cannot say enough about Bergen R/C they are a wonderful group of people and thank you very much Chris and Larry for all of the advice and putting up with me and my questions and being very patient and explaining everything so I understood the answers and I will have more questions later lol?

Pretty much my experience with Bergen and the reason I chose Bergen over similar helicopters. They always take the time to answer questions.

There is no doubt that the way Bergen deals with everybody is much more then anyone else in the industry.

Excellent Support and Care !

Pretty much the reason why I left the other dysfunctional family and got myself a Bergen!!

Always great service - especially Mary-ann, although I haven't had a chance to gab with Chris - Yet. Gary T. has also been very helpful with our training and thanks again for swaying me towards the Bergen family.

I did a lot of searching on the different heli's out on the market and after reading bergen had the best support and product, who cares if they are heavier than the others I am looking for one that will stay together and last a long time and still be able to get parts 5 years from now as the other person from Texas showed up there and he told me that his were about 5 years old and they got him back in the air. So bergen all the way for me and when I get good I will get the turbine plenty of power and so awesome in the air.
