need help please

my synergy ballinks are very tight, i have used the hypersizer tool and they are still too dang tight, does anyone have any suggestions? thanks

I have found the hypersizer works very well and sometimes takes off too much material. If the link is easy to turn on the hypersizer you have probably made the link too big. Even when sized correctly the links are still hard to install and remove off the chrome balls. Once the link is installed it should rotate freely but it should not move in or out.

I was able to just give them a little squeeze with some pliers--loosened right up
