Well a little background first. I started with a Blade CX and soon needed more so i went through a Walker 40 and an Axe CP with no more than a 15sec flight on any bird. I bought my Mini Titan to be a little different. I actually took me 3months to build and get it ready. I wanted to know what every part was and why/how it worked so i could factor the helicopter out and know it was me not it who finally brought it in to the dirt. As any noob i never thought building a helicopter would entail so much. Thanks to Finless's and Jermo's videos as well as everyones suggestions and insane amount of knowledge i was able to take my first flight today. I took a breath, spooled her up and after a 3 and 6ft blade tracking check i was able to stay in a hover for roughly 3 min, a 50ft forward & backward flight and i landed her. Pack # 2 was a 25ft R & L side flight, a really sad looking figure 8 and (2) 360 pirouettes. I then noticed something odd. Dang it i forgot to breath out. Ha Ha. I did have a little wag but i did not damage anything so i will play with that next time. I am so pumped up on adrenaline right now it is unbelievable. All i can say is this will be my hobby forever. I hope all i do is get better and avoid the dirt as much as i can. Thanks to everyone that helped me overcome my fears of crashing with all your knowledge.
