HELP! G90 gyro "issues"

I have an Eflite G90 gyro that is giving tail servo output on "up & down" movement instead of "side to side" movement of the tail. It's plugged into an AR6100 running off a DX-7. Any suggestions? Radio settings? Can these (or any) gyro be mounted in any position? It's upside down on a lower gyro mount - Microheli frame. Thanks, Mark

If I'm reading right, you have the G90 mounted wrong (sticker horizontal).

The G90 needs to be mounted vertical (sticker facing the side or front/back of the heli)
