Hello:
I am at the last hurdle before I can put this bird in the air, but here is my situation.
I have several Kong Power batteries, and one Align battery. The Kong Power (KP) and the Align packs have the same charging node on them.
I also have Cellpro 4s chargers. The KP and Align charging nodes do not fit in the Cellpro battery port. FMA does have an adapter, but it comes at a cost, and they are currently out of stock.
I did get a bunch of Cellpro pigtails, and I am preparing to remove the charging nodes that are on my packs and replacing them with the Cellpro charging nodes.
I was told, and would like to confirm, that when rewiring the packs, I just need to make sure that the negative (black wire) on the battery packs node is matched to the negative on the Cellpro pigtail. The rest of the packs charging wires should be positive, so i could run wire as:
PIGTAIL -> BATTERY PACK
Black -> Black
White -> Brown
White -> Red
Red -> Orange
Could anyone confirm this for accuracy. If this is not accurate could someone let me know how I can replace the node on my packs with the Cellpro node?
Finally, I have attached a picture of the official adapter (Cellpro-to-Great Planes ElectriFly "Power Series" Part Number: CP-GP). If anyone has this item and can provide close-ups of the front and back, that woudl suffice as well.
Thank you
