Just thought you guys may like my brothers new project we maidened tonight.The weather was crap windy as hell and dark skies but she flies like a dream.
Anyway its a Sukhoi SU-27 faomy powered by an AXI & pusher prop, with Hitec HS-55 & HS-65 servos and a 3 cell lipo. I've just been out testing my new Digital Camera to capture a few pics and I though you Freaks may be interested in something different for a change. :YeaBaby:

Yep its still crash free the only problem with it is when you flair it out when landing the elevators stick proud of the fusalage and have a tendancy to dig in putting a lot of load on the servo running HS-65MGs will help here. So far its in one piece.;)

How do you land that thing? I don't see any landing gear, and it looks like the prop sticks lower than the bottom of the model. I would be afraid of breaking the prop at every landing.

No landing gear required. It doesnt seem to damage the prop it just flips out of the way when you touch the deck, no problem. The only failing is the elevator digging in when you land they stick well proud of the fusalage on full up elevator and tend to get knocked on landing.:roll:
A nice bird if you want something different.
