What is the proper tail rotor blade root size for the Spectra-G?

8mm is the width of the grips. You can use 5mm root blades with 1.5 mm spacers on each side of the blade. Or you can use 8 mm root blades. 5mm root tail blades are the most common. So most MA pilots use the 5MM root tail blades and 1.5mm spacers.

I ordered the 105mm v-blades tail rotor blades. What do I use as a 1.5mm spacer?

I know a few of the blade manufactuers that make 5mm root tail blades usually supply 4 X 1.5 mm shims with the blades. I know SAB and MS include the spacers.
If you can't find the tail blade spacers. 3mm washers on each side of the blade will work also.
