Just got new tail axle for repair of a use bird I bought. The shoulders on the axle, the part that the aluminium blade grip slips over along with thrust bearings etc. also where you screw in bolt to hold grip to axle is visibly longer than my 3 year old one. Was there a change to this part?
Chris, Larry?

Chris,
could you keep your next answer a little less technical:)
When I posted the question, I had not tried it. Flew all day today with no problems.
Guess it doesn't matter, it worked fine.

Slight cosmetic differences may occur with different runs of parts, they should not effect how they are installed or their performance.
Contrary to some who would have you all believe otherwise, we have been working on improvements in design and quality of parts.
This winter should bring more of those to light as I have more time to post them here and on http://69.65.123.251/~bergenrc/phpBB2/index.php.
