I just got the PGM-V2 USB programmer. Does anyone know if the software will run under Vista. So far, with the driver installed, Vista can't find the driver. There is a similar post (not mentioning Vista) with no end, ie. I don't know if he ever got the USB port going.
Why the 9V battery or resistor to do the upgrade.
