With 3s? It is more powerfull than stock motor or will be better the 3300kv version?

Not really sure. But yea, I run it on 3s with 15t pinion. You can also run it on 4s with 11t pinion for balistic power.,

I'm using the Align 35amp esc. But a good 40amp ESC would be best.
With my Align, I don't need to run a seperate BEC as you might need with some of the other higher end ESC's.

You mean stock Thunder Tiger ESC? If so, yes.
