I saw Gagi's post on the heli he thought might be a fake Trex and I noticed the eBay seller sells the 3 bladed head on its own. Looks pretty cool and it does not appear to need a flybar. The video showing the heli flying was not very impressive but I don't know if that was due to the heli or the pilot controlling it. Anyone try one these yet?

Don't buy it, unless you wanna spend a ton on more electronics to get it in the air... and ya never know what the transaction is gonna be like

I've read that you really don't need an extra gyro to go flybarless if you have heavier or more blades. Any thruth to that? Wondering if 3 blades makes it stable enough so that extra gyro would not be needed. I just read that Align is coming out with a 4 and 5 blade head. I'd probably wait for the Align head. I had a bad experience with a no name head once.

Send an E-mail to Jack at JMD Models. He's flying quite a collection of flybarless and multi bladed heads very successfully. He told me that it's all in the tip weights....
