Anyone tried using larger servo horns on a cal-30 CCPM?

I'm trying to get my caliber-30s to be a little more responsive, and thought this change may be worth trying. I'm a little concerned about introducing more slop with this change. Anyone try it?

Would changing the stock paddles help as well?
