Thanks for the reply.I have tried a few diferent sims they are all good in my opinion.I purchased the rex edition pre flight sim and usb cable when I bought my rex.I use my tx which is the RD8000.I am still in the learning phase of the air show part of the sim.It calls for ip #'s to link up.I have to read some more on setting up.If you have any info it would be very helpful. Thanks, Jason

yes it will call for IPs if it's using a direct connection to the other user. it might work better for people if they set up a routing server for connecting people

Hi Jason,
My Pre-Flight arrived yesterday, and I tried to install it on my new laptop which is running Vista Home Premium. I got the Blade version, and am trying to run it with my tx that came with the Blade CP Pro. I'm having problems getting it to run. I'm not sure what the problem is, I haven't had any issues with software since I got this new HP laptop until now. Hopefully, I'll have it up and running today.
If anyone else is running Pre-Flight with Vista, let me know if you had any problems getting it to run. Thanks.
Where can you get a t-rex pre flight sim?

I hate my pre flight sim. I bought it because the website advertised that it had a sim trex on it. It does, but the image of the trex is the only thing it has in common with flying one. The graphics are poor, and the physics stink (for example, you cannot damage your sim heli no matter how hard you land it). I tried sending the program disc back for a refund months ago, and never got one! On top of that, the postage to Australia cost me $25. My advice is to skip this one.
