Hi all . I am new member here came from Thailand.
I just bought DX7 yesterday, everything fine and better than my old 6ex but It has one problem that I dont know why.

The smaller receiver doesn't work(LED not lighten) some time when switch on. I have to wait for a while shut down and turn it on again.

Some of my friend told me that maybe Wi-Fi signal(802.11G 2.4GHZ) interrupt DX7

PS. I used to fly with 9CHP which belong to my friend. I think 9CHP is smoother the different just transmission system but just my opinion.

I like the software better in the 9c and the transmission system better on the DX.

Yeah i have a 9CHPS for my TRex450 but just got a DX7 for my TRex600E kit I am building.. seems like a decent radio... definitely not as sophisticated or same quality, but I suspect it will do the trick for me...

I really wish Futaba had a 9 channel DSM2 radio..oh well....

help guys, he just sold his 9CHP super and is asking me is it ok to buy DX7 or JR9Xii. may i check does the servo that comes with DX7 are micro servo? how are those servo compared to the "must have HD65MG"? thanks.

The DX7 servos are fully size, but not strong enough for a heli like a Trex 600. I will probably sell mine on eBay or something...

guys, i think i will also get the DX7 myself. but would there be any problems with it? coz i used to have spektrum for my nitro car, and somehow it will go crazy sometimes. i m ordering my trex clone of CopterX, so the recommended servo is Hitech 65MG x 3pcs, and m planning to use Futaba GY401 + S9257. is this setup good enough? thanks.

DX7 is packaged in several configurations. One of them comes with DS285 servos (that's what I am using on a Trex 450).

Here is a random example

Google Search for the rescue...

oh, i was told that we need additional UBEC for DX7, is it true?

some questions here : if i were to use UBEC, that means that i need to use an additional battery pack, doesn't that add weight if i were to fly Trex450SE? and also, i intend to use GY401 + S9257, do i still need to use step down regulator in between this gyro and rudder servo?
