Thunder Power Prolite 1320mAh 3S 13C Battery

So I just purchase a new Thunder Power Pro-lite 1320mAh 3S 13C Battery. I noticed the balancing clips are different from my e-flight chargers and the esky lipo charger. What charger did you guys get for this? I am not looking to spend a lot of money.
