align bce-b6n 2in1 question....??

does anyone know if this unit can be left connected to the battery when its not in use?? the brushless/esc combos I've used in the past had to be unplugged due to the fact that the on/off switch still let a good bit of current travel,basically only killed power to the motor... I am just curious if I could,after charging at night before bed leave it plugged in so when I go up for my lunch time flight at work I don't have to bother pullin off the canopy to plug in..............anyone know?? thanks

Hey,

This unit is Aligns BEC power unit isn't it?
If it is like the Arizona Regulator, SGP Reactor etc. then connected the unit will comsume a small amount of current, overnight however this will not cause you a problem regarding draining the battery unless something goes wrong.

Personally I'd dissconnect the unit so as not to invite any issues and this is what I do with my regulator equipped models.
