I remember somebody offering to make TX neck straps with Helifreak logo.
Did they ever came out, or the idea died on the drawing table?
I'd like to have a better strap than the one it came with the TX (even better if it is an Helifreak one) so before I order from someone else I rather ask here.

I looked into this ....somewhat and to get a quality strap and logo the cost was around $15.00.
And that was purchasing 100 straps...............................

I don't know about anyone else but I would pay $15 fo a HF neckstrap.

Pity, I was looking forward to a HeliFreak strap. :(
I think I order a Spektrum one, anybody has a good tip for a quality neckstrap? The Spektrum ones are all out of stock.
this is turning out to be like the post on the old helifreak where everyone talks about it but we can never get one person to do it :mad:

Well JC, I don't want to get everyone's hopes up before I find out if it will work or not, plus, if it does work, I will be selling them. I am going to talk to a guy this morning, I may have news sometime tonight.

Yeah, I talked to the guy Friday, no definite $$$$ amount yet. I think he's checking on how cheap he can get the straps for. Here was my idea anyway. I might talk to one of the other vendors about it. I was trying to get this guy to print up Vinyl Heli-freak "IRON-ON" stickers...... so you could use your own neckstrap and have the decal "ironed" on. There was a drawback, it would require a very hot iron. Second idea was to ship out the decal with instructions to find a t-shirt shop to put it in their press which gets really hot. Bottom line he said the smallest order was usually like 500 decals, but may could get me a price of just 100. Then there is the setup fee for running the decal. I am still working on it, will have more definite answers for you soon.

Well, that was a NO GO. Seems the smallest minimum order would be 500 decals, plus a $75 setup fee. Since Bill on here already prints the right size on his T-shirts, maybe he could pursue this.

I have been looking in to it. I sent off a sample of the Futaba strap to a company a while back. But didn't wont to invest money into neck straps if someone else was having some made.
There are 100 company's who make straps but not a adjustable one's.
I can print them in my shop. It's getting a strap thats not to thin or to thick.
The futaba strap is 1 5/8 wide around the neck and is heated and stretched down to 1/2 " at the ends. These are the ones I won't to have made.
I will check back into it. But, It looks like I'm going to spend about $800.00 on the first run.
I wouldn't be worth it if there were two or three people trying to sell neck straps also.
