Anyone using the new MultiGov governer? Am especially interested in the Overspeed Limiter mode. Heard from a friend where as you may get a headspeed loss of 100 - 200 rpm with a GV1, you can get 5 rpm in Limiter mode. Anyone using it?

Knowone using it yet?
Have ordered one. Will soon find out if its better than a GV1.
Hi aviation addick
I am flying on since a couple of months and it is working very good, I have mine set up
flight mode normal multi gov off set bellow 500 rpm
stunt 1 multi gov set on gov at 1600 rpm for hovering and scale flying
stunt 2 multi gov set on limiter at 1800rpm for 3D
the multi gov is easy to configure and to use and it is keeping the speed of the rotor at the target speed

Have fitted the Aerospire MultiGov and am impressed with it, although haven't fully tested it yet.
One feature I like is that you can adjust how fast it ramps up from say Idle 1 to Idle 2. So rather than slamming it in all at once - say 1700 to 1900 rpm you can choose for it to feed in more gradually. There are lot of Advanced setting that you can fiddle with if you know what you're doing.
Looking forward to flying it in Limiter mode.

i must be thik then juys as i cannot get mine settup correctly
have done the maths and got an engine speed however i cannot relate it to a head sped.
ratio of main gear x engine pinnion = 8.7 x target head speed 1200 =10,440 engine speed
heli reving its bits off !
doe u use your existing throttle curve + aerospire electronics or a linear point to point curve ? is it me! if so what am i doing wrong any help gratfully accepted
