So, I was curious if anyone knows whether it's worse to store packs at 20% after flight, or 100% after charging. It's only for a week in this case, so it probably doesn't matter, but I was curious if there was any difference, or whether storing at 20% was harmful.

I would say its better to store at 100% charge then at 20%. I like to leave mine at 50-55% when I am leaving them for over a couple of weeks but other than that they are always full charge.

Neither. Store at 50% charge or 3.8 - 3.85 volts per cell.
At 100% you may puff the pack or the cells will lose capacity over time.
At 20% you leave them too long and self dishcarge could take them too low and damage the pack.
