I need an experts opinion. This engine leans out a lot at med to low range. In full throttle it sounds very nice and rich. I added the optional needle for the excess fuel. It flew ok for awhile, but it's worse now. Any ideas. It's fuel deprivation I know, but what's causing it? I played with the needles all kind of ways with no success. I took out the pump same thing happened. thanks

I think you'll need to talk to James O'Neal at OMI. What you're describing is pretty typical for the C-Spec, and Cline regulator and big bore mod will probably work wonders for it.

Sam has the right idea. Call James at OMI and get a 60K carb with Big Bore mod and Cline installed. That carb will cost you about $300. 60K carb is about $100, Big Bore mod is $125, Cline mod is $75.
I have two OS Cspec Pumped engines. They now have the OMI setup on them. I have one for sale in the classifieds.

Thanks guys. I have three engines with the OMI setup and I love them. However at this time I can't spare the money. I was looking for an easy and cheap fix. Any ideas?
