Anyone have any idea where I can get a set of Radix 600 or V-Blades? I've checked just about every online site I can think of and everybody is sold out. I think ReadyHeli had them in stock once about a month ago. Why is it so hard for places to keep the big name 600mm blades in stock? I understand the popularity of 50-size helis creates a sufficent demand for blades but don't the blade mfg's know that? I don't want to settle for a lesser quality blade just to get by.

I remember having the hardest time getting my first set of Radix back in June and had to get a set from Bob & Becky at Clint's 4th of July event. This is getting to be nuts.

I said it before, I'll say it again, ya'll need to stop crashing your 600's so I can get my blades replaced more easily :)

Looks like vblades.com has them :dontknow

Have you called any of the online dealers? Websites don't always show exact stock levels.

Hodges Hobbies has two sets of 600 V-blade TST's in stock, at least they did last Saturday. They're getting hard to find. Kinda makes me wonder how many sets of V's get smashed per weekend throughout the world. :thinking

GravesRC.com , has V's , Radix and Align 600's along with many other brands.

Close, but not quite. They show Radix 690 and 710 and as far as V's go, they just have a set of tail blades.

However..... I will be in Tampa tomorrow night but I could leave early since I have the day off and swing by Graves' place in O-Town. I lived about 10-15 miles south of that area for about 4 and a half years. Surprising I don't remember it. Any other big/cool shops around the Orlando area worth checking out?

Like I said, online sites don't always show active inventory. Try calling one or more of these shops, you might be surprised.

Good to know they have some stuff in stock. I might drop by their shop this weekend. I just need a new set, preferably Radix, by the end of the month for the Mac Hodges event. If they don't have any I'll just call around.

I am just surprised by the online dealers that show them all being out of stock and for a long time too. You'd think the mfg's would anticipate demand a bit better. But I'm not an economist and I don't run their manufacturing facilities so I withhold any other commentary along those lines. I just wish it was an easier situation to go online and order some instead of having to call all over the place.

What's that? Do I hear the world's smallest violin playing for me?
