AHhh! Need help with TP PL.

I got a huge problem guys. When i was charging, i pluged my battery into the charger and it said i lost a cell. I was like :confused: :censored: What happened. So i take the battery off the plugs. And pluged it back in. and i noticed my "peach" color wire on my balance tap had come unsoldered!!!!!!!!!!! :censored: :censored: :censored: :censored: :censored:
NOOOO!!! How cna that freaking happen? I'm so freaking pissed:(. I don't want to take the battery apart myself or have to get a new battery:(.

What can i do guys??

Sorry to hear that. Send the battery in to us and we will fix it, no problem. Or, I can send you the stuff you need to do it yourself (shrinkwrap, label, wire, solder etc.), it is really a very simple task. GIve me a call.
