OK here it goes...

1. which side of the bird should the antenna holder go on. (trying to figure out what way to put the landing gear on)

2. I have the clutch on the engine. Now the question is when I mount the motor should I slide the motor up untill it stops in the clutch bearing.

3. how tight should the belt be?

1. which side of the bird should the antenna holder go on. (trying to figure out what way to put the landing gear on)
opposite the exhaust - risk of to much interference from muffler. skids should go forward but some people like to put them facing rearward

2. I have the clutch on the engine. Now the question is when I mount the motor should I slide the motor up until it stops in the clutch bearing.

NO... just inside the bottom of the clutch (maybe 1/16-1/8") or it will drag and fry the clutch.

3. how tight should the belt be?

tight enough that it takes pressure to make it reach 1/2 way across
