Anyone using this setup? It has a governor setup in the esc but the instructions say for high speed rotor speed. Is there a way to put an exact rotor speed in like with the gv-1.

No, the value you set in thetransmitters throttle curve determines the head speed. There is no direct input of head speed.

thanks. i also talked to the guys at heliproz. they said the same thing, i thought if i could use the gov on the esc i would not have to worry too much with a throttle curve. Like the rest of my choppers

If you use the gov mode in the ESC you don't have to worry "as much" about the throttle curve. What you will have to do is find out what percent of the thr curve gives the rpm you want and then set all the points of your idle up thr curve to that value.
