Hello there experts:)

I have a Z50 770kw. Can i use it in a logo 600 with v-bar?

And how is the power compere to Actro 24-4?

I calkuladed i should use a 13-14 tooth. Can that be right?

Thanks for all the info from you mikado people out there.

A would think the Actro 24-4 makes more power and is better quality than the Z motors. I know a Actro 24-4 is what I'm most likely going to use on my 6003D

Yes a 14 tooth pinion looks about right for a 770kv motor on 10s

18 or 19 tooth pinion for the Actro 24-4. Heard it makes serious power

V-bar is sweet!!!!

19T is what Danny J uses, but dont expect huge flight times. i think the 18 would give you a little more duration, with a slight loss of power, might be worth it

Hey I have ran more than a few Actros, they make good power but the shafts and bearings are something to be desired and so is their customer support as they well,,,, have none. Zpower is about the same boat on Customer support however do not be fooled by their price. I know several have said they had some bad magnets and shafts etc, however they can make some real good power imho. I surely would not be hesitant at all to trying one on my 6003D, in fact I will be trying one as the 780 Z50A version I tried on my Logo 14 ripped as well as my 24-4 for sure, just could not keep gears on my 14 with it due to low tooth count and mod .7 straights.... the 6003D with new gearing should not be an issue at all.

 I didn't know Actro didn't have support. That really stinks! They are high doller motors too.

I've toasted a Z-Power 50A-800 and a Z10A-3300. I was disapointed as I didn't push them very hard and they had big issues.

The Z50A-800 came apart on the inside after 20 easy flights. The center shaft broke on the Z10-3300 after 75 flights. However Gary Goodrum gave me a Z10A-330 for free as a replacement & I'm still waiting on the other. I've heard good things about these motors but I've been let down. I've had a couple of NEU's and they were bulletproof..... plus if their is a problem Steve Neu is here in the US.
