Could anyone explain to me what the part no is for the bearing on the main frame where the control shaft ( 50NB036) goes through ? (And I mean the control shaft for the aileron levers)
My shaft :-) can’t penetrate those small holes (this sounds like something else:-)
I have measured the control shaft to 5 mm but the bearings on the main frame are 4.9 mm. I have tried everything but I’m just destroying my bearings and my shaft. I can’t find any partno in the manual for bearings and I NEED IT BADLY !!
Maybe anyone could help me out here with a Align part no .
Have you heard anything about this problem before or..
Best regards Michael

You talking about the control shaft that goes thru the main frame? Yes mine was to tight to. I had to sand it down using a fine sand paper. It took a while..

Its not the bearings that are too small, its the control shaft that is too big. I had the same problem. I also found that the control levers will not fit on the shaft either. I ordered a replacement shaft and it all fitted perfectly.

Same problem here. The dick that was working on the lathe at the Align factory that week turned out a whole load of useless control shafts!
I ordered another, and by mistake it was for another Trex 600 model (not sure which one) and ended up being too short, although the diameter was correct. It was also made of steel.
Eventually got the correct alu one.
Now I am a happy camper.

that shorter one was for the electric version , the frames are closer on that model.

Bad news...As far as I know, the bearings are integral to the main frames...E-mail Andy at Align usa, see if he can help.

No the bearings is seated in a bearing holder in the frame. The bearings can be replaced.
