So, this morning, I almost started crying. My nice, lightly-used FP 6S 5000mAh, and my Logo 500's only life support is showing puffiness in the top cell.

I've done nothing that I'm aware of to have caused this, so I need to contact FP about warranty replacement. Their website gives me an array of distributors, but my recollection about which retailer actually sold it to me is a tad thin.

Who do I contact?

I called, and now all I need to do is find my receipt! So many places I could have bought this from...

OTOH, this is by far the best response I've had due to battery issues ;)
