Am I being too picky or overlooking something???
I'm currently setting up my elevator servo. After trying a cross servo arm, I switched to a small round arm. I mounted the servo arm ball in the hole that is exactly 10.5mm from center. I have one of HelicopterJohn's swashplate leveling tools...so I know my swash is dead-on level. The elevator arm levers are both pointing down...the one on the left is ever so slightly forward but can't be corrected because the teeth are too course of an adjustment on that lever. Now, with that being said, my sub-trim is zero and while setting up the end-point travel adjustments, one direction is going to 120% and the other 134%. That's a difference of 14% and I've read that you should keep them within 5% difference and right around 100% throw to maximize servo strength and resolution. Am I missing something or being to picky?
