I've been flying my Mini Titan for a short time now and testing different battery times...all stock setup, using both a Thunder Power 2100 Mah and a Flight Power 2170 Lipo. I've been flying circuits and hovering for 5 minutes, results below:
-putting back about 1800 Mah each charge
-heli is using about 360 Mah per minute
Equations say that's about a 4.5 minute max flight.
What's wrong here? Do I need to lower my throttle curves? I've only been flying in Idle up so far, curve is 100, 97, 95, 97, 100)

Are you using the stock wood blades? They are pretty hard on batteries and draw much more power than a good set of carbons... they also fly very poorly compared to aftermarket blades

I get about 4-5 minutes of 3d using a Aon 3400 and TP 2070 packs 15t pinion and Rotortech carbons.

I have a TRex 450, not a Mini Titan. But somethings i would look at is the lash between the pinion and the main gear, if it is to tight it will be robbing you of power/juice. If it is belt driven like the TRex, the belt should have alittle play in it. I was surprised to find that info because on my Raptor 50 I keep it tight. Your throttle curve I wouldn't worry to much about, these little electrics need really high head speeds. I found out on my TRex that a lower head speed caused the tail to pirouette uncontrollably. I'm using the Thunder Power 2100 and between 90 -100 throttle curve the entire time, doing the flying you described I'm getting apx 10 minutes. I think something is wrong in my set up thoe because the head boggs down easy.

I am running 3400 on the head, thats the reason for my short flight times.
