Does anyone do or know someone who can cut a fuselage plug from a solidworks solid model out of some type of sandable foam?

not sure exactly what you are asking but my father cuts foam airplane wings/parts for a living. he does lots of custom jobs.

Nope, actually I was looking for a full 3D capable setup, which I found from http://www.dcmodelshop/

I should really post a picture or two of what I am working on and I will when I find the cable to connect my digital camara to my computer

thanks, but I got it done (as far as the milling) a while ago. It currently looks like this (which is where I lost interest about 6 months ago). I figure another month or two and I will feel like finishing her.

I am working on some cool heli stuff now for a guy. but can't say anymore.
