Program buttons not working

I have a DX6 radio and the left program buttons only works once in a while when I Try to pull the left one down,,there for I cant change my pitch curves if needed..I have cut the wires to the battery and put my own lipo in so I dought it is still under warranty....Who would I be able to contact to buy just the program switches..

It may be a microprcessor issue---I would send it to Horizon......:wink:

Send it then without the battery. The battery is irrelevant to the problem. You will save on postage and will avoid mailing hazardous materials.
