Please Help with 6EX and R606FS 2.4 GHZ SET UP

Hello,
I have just recieved a Futaba 6EX 2.4 ghz setup and I am trying to set it up on my E Sky Honey Bee King II. I could really use any advice that is offered. I have gone through the set up proceedures in the manual with the TX and RX and seem to have my controls all working as far as I can tell with the exception of the throttle. When the RX is powered up and the ESC boots up the heli ramps up to near max throttle in low stick position. I have given up on the heli for this evening after a good fight between me and 2000 RPMs of Carbon Fiber. My set up is below.

Esky HB King II
Esky 3900 KV Brushless
Esky 25a Brushless ESC
Futaba 3114's for Elev, Aileron, Pitch and Tail
Esky 704 gyro
Futaba 6EX 2.4 GHz
Futaba R606FS

Have you tried reversing the throttle channel? Futaba is reversed from most other brands.

i have that radio it was on a hb king v2 run the doul rate on ch3 100% for full and min throtal hope this helps
