Hi
Those Frames look slick. Could you please post the weight of the frames and the bottom plate?
Just for comparison:
The stock 1.6mm is 70.3gr per side + 2.5gr (6 servo nut plates)
1.6mm bottom plate is 23.9gr
The infinity 2mm cf is 91.8gr per side (including 12 metal nut inserts)
the 2mm bottom plate is 24.3gr

Material Thickness for "all" kits is 2mm
Weights can vary frame panel to frame panel due to + or - frame thickness tolerances but the CF frame kit shown in picture
Side frame Weight with 12 inserts is 105 gram
Base Plate 25 gram
I will have pictures soon of the kit installed on a heli

Hey charley.....This post could not have come at a better time. I will be getting a new T-rex 600 kit within the next month or so and doing a winter build on it. I am kind of new to the Heli's , so i have a couple quick questions......
1.) The new CF frame for the 600 N , does it move the motor or any electronics around from the standard position? I had seen some of the T-rex 600 E kits you made like the HFX frame.....and am wondering if you might of done something similar to the 600 N frames in anyway.
2.) do you plan on designing any type of a 600 N HFX frame of any kind?
I know by reading the posts on here at some over at RR , guys swear by your frame sets you make , so i wanted to just build it with you frame set from the ground up anyways.
Thanks Charley......great work by the way.

I guess they are stronger, cheaper, better looking and have some nice goodies bundled with them.
If I hadn't a spare set of infinity frames, I would order these right away.
Someone interested in my set? I'll sell them cheap :)

rototiller, Review the first post with pics that gives features then compair that with your stock also total up all the parts in the kit and compair it beside Aligns price since this frame has upgraded stiffiners etc... add that to the price as well :D
Frame kits are looking to be available next week

Sorry, I missed the feature pic. Thicker carbon than my glass frames for 50% more. Nice. When I break my frames I know what is replacing them.

Hi all,
I received a set of the pre-production frames from Charley. They were the black g10 2mm frames for the 600n.
The quality of the frames ofcourse are high quality as excepted from Rotorworks. The press nuts are a nice touch (no more removing extra servos to get others in), also so are the break away tabs for the canopy mounts. I didn't yet get a chance to use the mixure servo plate yet. I also like the frame supports go between the mid to the front of the frames (nice touch).
Below are pics of the frames and the install of them into a new pro kit I put together.
Thanks.
