2008 San Diego Fun Fly- May 9th, 10th, 11th

I'll be there all 3 days! My first event, so I'm pretty stoked! As a rule of thumb, what's a good amount of cash to have on hand for "incedentals", food and other such stuff?

I don't think there are any rules for non-flyers. You can look up the rules for the field on their website. Someone posted a link to them for me earlier on in the post. Check it out. I'm in the spectator boat too. I would only embarass myself if I flew, so I'm just going to watch. Should be a blast.

You dont need anything if you are going to watch. And to fly you need AMA. Who is planning on attending?

I know I already asked, but what's a good amount of cash to have on hand for the event? You can probably never have too much, but I'd like to see how much everyone else is planning on taking. I wouldn't mind picking up a few things from some of the vendors if they are selling heli stuff.
