6V's - FUT9351

I am running 9351's in my Razor and wanted to know if running 6V is wise or overkill - I am using an arizona regulator, so I have the option of running 6Volts to the servos - will this handle 6Vvolts OK and is it really necessary.

Thanks, I guess my question is - I can run the 9351 at either voltage? obviously 6V will give me some more torque and punch over 5V, but is it really that noticable??
