C Rating

I would like to know what the influence of the C rating is when using a lipo battery for a reciever pack? Does it matter if it 10C, 15C, 20C, etc? I'm using digitals all around and this is on a raptor 90.

Not really. If you are running a 1500 mAH pack, at 1C if will do 1.5 amps, at 3C 4.5 amps, at 10C 15 amps. And if you bird draws 15 amps, you are doing something strange. :)

Thanks for responding. So it appears that I would be wasting money (over kill) if I chose a higher c rating battery (20C, 25C) but would not hurt it. Yes No?
