One question:
With Head System stock (plastic) which is the maximum number of rpm?
There is some danger to spin at 3000 rpm?

Various factors control head speed.
If you using the stock standard TT BBL 29/35-10 brushless motor and the Ace RC 40A ESC with 3S 11.1v lipos the average head speed on a 150T main drive wheel with a 13T motor pinion would be in the vicinity of ~2700 rpm.
Obviously differing combos of battery/motor drive pinion/ESC will effect the head speed.
The only way to accurately determine head speed is with a good tacho designed to register the movement of the rotor blades.
