Flying the TT Mini Titan and the right aileron sero (Ch. 6) isn't 90 degrees. The futaba 6EXH doesn't have a trim for that channel! How do I get this servo at 90 degrees? Should I just extend the linkage to get the swash level?

No,

It's better to take off the servo link arm and put it back at 90º.
If you can't get it to 90º,try another linkarm (dubble sided or cross) fitting it so you get a 90º angle and cut-off the arms you don't use.
For best result, The swash servos need to be mechanically set the same at mid-stick, same (90º) angle and same distance from servo center to linkarm connection point.

The Futaba manual shows two channels (as does all 6 channel controllers) to control aileron movement.
It appears that you are getting confused with aileron and pitch.

(Note on some receivers channel 1 is used for throttle!!)

On most Futaba RX's Channel 1 should be used for aileron and channel 6 used for pitch (sometimes referred to as AUX1). These two channels work together to control aileron roll and both can be sub-trimmed from within the transmitter.
Check pages 7 and 13 of the Futaba 6EXHP manual.
Cheers.

As mentioned above, it seems like you are doing it the wrong way. You center the servo to 90 with SUBtrim (centering function in Radio) not by using the trim sliders.

Bottom of page 13 explains how to center the servos using the trim programming function.
