Control Shaft

I am building my first Trex 600N, and I have run into a tight spot! I am trying to install the control shaft for the bellcranks. The control shaft will not slide through the two bearings that are in the side of the frames, nor will it fit into the bearings of any of the bellcranks. You would have to beat it with a hammer inorder to get it on all they way, and it should not be that tight of a fit. I am wondering if my control shaft is not machined right? Also does anyone know the part number of the bearings that sit in the sides of the frames that support the control shaft? Any suggestions or thoughts would be helpful.

There has been a few reports that this is happening. Its definitely the shaft as it doesn't fit through the elevator control arm either. I think you should contact who you bought it from and get a replacement shaft. Ask them to make sure it fits through the bearings before they send it out.
