My TP Charger occasionally displays the following message for no apparent reason: "[1] Voltage Error, or Wrong Polarity" Does anyone have any thoughts on why, and/or what I can do about it?

Assuming it is not an actual wiring problem, this is virtually always caused by the pack being fully charged. To test that, discharge about 30-40 MAH from the pack and, try the charge again. Usually, that solves this problem.

Thank you very much. I have never done a discharge before. I'll have to try it.
