Well the Hurricane 550 cp turned up in one bit well lots of bit all put together really badly. So I have rebuilt it and used some align parts to get it spot on. Next was the first run up.

I went to charge the Lipo's and the plugs are different to the charger supplied same amount of pins but the colour wire are in a different order and the plug is about a millimeter to wide.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what im looking at? The battries are Xtreme Power 11.1V 2200mAh if it helps.

Gutted as I want to play.

So the charger has a different balancing jack than the batteries? Did the two come together or purchased separately?

You could test your battery with a voltmeter. With ground being black and testing across the pins towards the red wire, I'm guessing you'd get 3.7+v, 7.4+v, and 11.1+v.

For your charger, you'd have to look online to see what voltages their adapters run for each wire. Once you knew which wires carried which voltage levels, you could change the tap on your battery, or buy an adapter if one exists.

A real bad option would be to take some servo wires, stripped at each end and make run the wires plug socket to plug socket. One short and blammo.

The experts should weigh in soon to better help you out.

I cant tell you exactly as im at work at the moment but it uses the same plugs as the E-sky ones. The battries were supplied with the hurricane along with the charger and another small Li-po that plugs into the BEC to power the electronics. That one has the right plug on it.
