Ok, so maby this is nooB questions but, I have a EVO 25C 2170MAH pack that i have been charging at 4 amps but it takes forever! I have a TP1010 with a TP205 balancer if this helps....

You should be charging at 2.2 amps, and charging mine to 100% takes about 53 minutes......... how long do you consider "forever" ?
