Esky EK2-0851: good but noisy

Hi all,

I've bought a few (3) of these E-Sky mini balance chargers. They work great for smaller 3 cell lipo's and checking balance with my expensive balance charger (Bantam) all seems to be very well balanced! :thumbup:
Great product for the price, however there is one drawback: While charging it produces a high frequency noice that some of you might not even hear.. but it drives me and my girlfriend crazy!
So does anyone out here know where the noise might exactly be comming from and if there is a simple hack to make these chargers usable while I'm around?? Hopefully I can replace some electronics to kill that horrible noise?

That high pitched sound comes from the switch mode power system that's inside those chargers. Perfectly normal. And yes it's one of those high pitched frequencies that some people can hear and others just cant. Unfortunately there is not much you can do.
Usually only the orange EK2-0851 chargers make this noise.
