Guys,
I have a home made mount for my T-rex 450 which work pretty good. But I want a mount with tilt ability and more pro looking.
Are there any mount for T-rex 450 that will produce vibration free video that I can buy? I see most people use askman, will that do the job?

I have the Askman mount and it will do the Tilt for You. Pan is not possible under the Trex 450.
Mine is still not vibration free, but that is the heli itself. The video is already quite vibration free and I guess taking the last part of vibration out of the helicopter will do the rest for me. I like it very much.
Ooh Yes, and You should know how to fly, a thing I still have problems with :)

Ruud

I want to see the best video that have been produced by these mount on a T-rex 450?? I know smooth heli is important. But so is the mount design.

I guess I am not the one to talk to. I am only able to hover a little and can keep the heli still if tail-in. I want to make pictures in the first place, so I would have no problem with the wind banging on the video while in ff.
I have the pro version from the Askman mount, bought it in March this Year, but not really much used yet. The shock absorbers can be adjusted for the weigth of the camera and eventually oil can be put inside them. All of these things I have not experimented with as
-cannot fly well enough
-have vibration in the heli which I would like to get rid of first
-do not have my camera choice ready yet (looking at Canon A570IS now)
I might be able to film some part with our old X31 camera (without audio) on the weekend, but I do not know if it will help You.

Ruud
