Has anyone set up an AP2000i on a JR GSR 260 Voyager. The reason I am asking is that whilst it should work OK - there doesn't seem to be anywhere to mount the IR sensor due to the plastic yellow covers on the boom/body of the heli.

I am looking to get a JR GSR 260 Voyager and have an AP2000i so am keen to know this info...

i was looking through some older pages and found your post, im suprised
that no one responded. i have a GSR and am running a 2000i, the setup was
a breaze and, i love using the 2000i particularly when fatigue starts to set in
from those longer flights that reqiuer holding one spot for some time. glass smooth preformance. the combination of the AP2000, futaba611, and a futaba401
on the tilt axis make for a very stable image on the downlink!! intern for all that
my idea was to shorten the time i had to hold and also to give the photagrapher
a brake, that doesnt all ways happen but i still think its entertaining seeing how
stable it is. today i am ordering the Zlog altimeter, the Vizion OSD, and a GPS
for the DSC-v3. as for the rear canopy i thought it to be an inconvinence so
i took it off.
